We were able to do a lot of fun things in our two days of school this week.
Our color this week was ORANGE.
At Circle Time we practiced identifying Colors and Shapes.
For our Art Center we painted fall trees. We used ORANGE, yellow and brown paint to make leaves. We dabbed the paint on our tree with a Qtip.
For a Sensory Center we made pumpkins from ORANGE playdoh.
For a Play Center we raked leaves off the carpet and put them in baskets.
For a Skill Center we colored ORANGE pumpkins. We are doing good transferring over to a tripo grasp on our crayon!
Our little ones got a big surprise this week. One of our church friends decided to enlarge our playground for his Eagle Scout Project. The kids were excited to see all the extra running space they have now. We made a nice big Thank You card to show our gratitude.
We will be having Halloween Parties on October 30 & 31. Parents are invited to attend. We will post more information on our class Facebook group.
