Our theme this month is Fall.
We read the book Hedgehugs Autumn Hide and Squeak by Steve Wilson & Lucy Tapper.
For our Art Center we made hedgehogs. We glued a strip of ORANGE paper to make the body. We used liquid glue to attach BROWN DIAMONDS to his back.
For our Play Center we raked leaves. We used toy rakes to clean up silk leaves from our rug. We gathered them into a basket with our friends.
For our Creative Center we played with loose parts.
For our Sensory Center we played in black beans with ORANGE pom poms.
We had Chapel this week. Mrs. Nicki taught us the story of Noah's ark. We love teaching our little ones the stories of the Bible.
Wednesday was full of excitement with our visit from Silly Safaris. Coyote Chris taught us about how awesome our God is. He made so many amazing animals. We got to meet a bunny, owl, tarantula, milk snake, blue tongue lizard, tree frog, and a coati. Our little ones had the chance to pet most of them.
