Week of November 3

 

For our Art Center we made birds in a next. First, we worked on our early writing skills of making circular scribbles. Then we used glue stick to attach PINK & PURPLE bird parts to our nest. Then we added the eggs.

For our Science Center we built bird's nests. We used raffia to make a nest for our little feathered birds.

For our Skill Center we played with colored birds and nests. We tried to put the birds in the matching color nest. We also talked about the different sizes of the birds.

For our Sensory Center we played in water. We used nets to scoop up duckies. We also used funnels.

For our Group Play Center we used tools to fix our trucks. Our little ones got to try using lots of different tools.

For our Outdoor Learning Center we busted up our Halloween pumpkins and looked at what was inside. We are hoping to use the seeds and grow pumpkins for next year. We also found some ice in some water on the playground.
