Our we read Splat the Cat Good Night Sleep Tight.
For our Art Center we used black paint and forks to paint a fuzzy Splat the Cat.
For our Sensory Center Mrs. Lana brought in some black spaghetti to play with. Our little ones had fun holding the wiggly spaghetti.
For one of our Fine Motor Centers we made mummies using masking tape. Peeling and sticking the tape helps us with our hand flexibility and pincher grasp.
For some other Fine Motor Centers we laced while cord through holes in a black paper plate to make spider webs. We also put felt squares on a curvy straw.
Next week out color is ORANGE.
Our Star Students are Isabella and Jaxson.
Our class Halloween parties will be from 10:30 to 11:30 on October 28, and 29. If possible, we would love our little ones to wear orange for the party since it will be out color of the week. If they would like to wear a costume, please be sure it is bathroom friendly :) Parents are welcome to join us for the party!
